March 10 - Part 1

Lilith and Nacho are going to be staying with us for a little while, Caleb wants her here to help her through grieving over Jackson's passing.

Having my sister-in-law around has actually been a big help so far. I have two vampires that don't need a lot of sleep to help out with two toddlers.

I was a bit worried about how Nacho and Tucker would get along, they're both used to being the only cat. So far, it's gone well. Nacho doesn't seem too fond of Lucky thought so we're going to have to keep an eye on that situation.

I took Ellie to the clinic with me today since she got really upset when I went to leave. I'm not used to having a toddler at the clinic, Este has only been there a few times and it's been very brief. I had to make sure all our medicine was locked up tight, which is normally is but you can't be too careful.

Ellie actually laid down for a short nap, which surprised me. She has issues sleeping.

"Is this Ellie?" Zoe asked me during a break between patients. I had told her about the situation since she had to fill in for me a lot during the first few days of Ellie being at our house.

I nodded my head and Zoe stared at her, I felt for Zoe. I used to long for a child too so my heart went out to her.

Poor Ellie, she always wakes up grumpy. In a lot of ways, her and Este are so different. Unless Este don't feel well, she always wakes up with a smile on her face.

"She looks like me in the morning." Zoe joked softly before looking at Ellie and softly speaking to her. Ellie for her part kind of just stared at Zoe in wonder. 

"I hate to ask but Sienna Grove is coming in with her horse, Flapjack. Would you be able to watch Ellie for me?" I asked her, I hated to ask because it might be painful for her but Zoe seemed to perk up at the idea. 

To my amazement, Ellie didn't throw a fit over Zoe playing with her. She loved it. I quietly slipped out of the room as the wheels in my head started turning so fast it almost made me dizzy. I shook my head and headed outside to examine Flapjack.

Minutes later I sat in my office, discussing treatment plans with Miss Grove for her horse's leg, he sprained it during barrel racing. I couldn't help but notice though how much Ellie and Zoe took a liking to each other.

okay! so (this is mainly about my towning wip but)

the deal that the fbi made with stuart was carried out by towns not just because towns is charismatic as fuck but also because browning has a bad history with organised crime (now i dont know whether i want this to be a full fledged crime bg or just an unfortunate case)

right so while towns is handling the case, browning feels insanely helpless because towns wont LET him help, thanks to his past. the thing is, its stressing towns out as well but obv our ex-academic weapon, samuel arthur towns will NOT accept that he needs help. so browning tries to help out in the only other way he can imagine, i.e., planning romantic dates so that towns can relax a bit. but BUT towns is NOT having it because these things take time, to prepare for, to execute and towns simply did not have time.

okay i wont spill more cause this has actually given me the motivation i need for brainstorming for my fic so lets see how that goes!!!
